Experience in HTTP, TCP/IP, POP/SMTP, etc.
Provide support for applications in the production environment, as needed.
Capable of working proficiently at both the strategic and tactical aspects of a project
Highly motivated self-starter, detail and quality oriented able to work independently
Report utilization and performance metrics to user communities
Able to collaborate effectively Qualifications
• A BS or BA degree in related fields
• Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in previous Professional Services Special skills
• Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to identify and proactively solve problems
• Demonstrated time management skills
• Flexible & easily adapts to change
