Responsibilities
Ensure necessary request(s) are submitted to track progress
Identify external dependencies
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Escalate potential conflicts to the Product Owner
Guide stakeholders on processes for infrastructure provisioning
Work with the squad to manage and grooming the backlog
Qualifications
• A BS or BA degree in related fields
• Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in previous Professional Services Special skills
• Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to identify and proactively solve problems
• Demonstrated time management skills
• Flexible & easily adapts to change
